Ray has extensive experience of working with people at times of crisis in their lives including 15 years as a counsellor. She has been involved with the Bower House since the 1990s.
Her speciality is relationship therapy working with couples and individuals to improve the quality of personal and professional relationships.
She has a non judgemental approach working alongside people to achieve their aims without any pre-conceived ideas. Her approach is integrative having studied both psychodynamic and systemic theory before combining them to enable a flexible approach depending on need.
She is also a qualified, experienced counselling supervisor and offers workshops and training in a wide range of counselling and social care subjects.
Working in health and social care consultancy for the last nine years Ray has been involved in strategic development, workforce analysis, services reviews, business and project management working alongside local managers to ensure change is managed efficiently and effectively.
